Receipt: We don't print a receipt for every order. You will get an email receipt.

Packaging (presents/ gift wraps): Each piece of jewelry is shipping in one of our red or black velvet boxes, classy and substantial, with a certificate of authenticity.

Wrapping: We offer gorgeous custom gift-wrapping for an additional $5, if the destination is domestic shipping.

Shipping: If you’re ordering an engagement ring to your home for a surprise proposal, we can use generic, unmarked packaging that doesn’t have any identifying “MISS BERGONZI” labels.

 All of these requests are available via email. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Checks, cash, and money orders are not accepted. For security purposes do not include your credit card number in any email communication. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

All of your orders are packed by hand at the art studio, in a beautiful jewel box.

Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. Indeed, if most orders are processed within 2-7 business days, some pieces may take longer if out of stock, up to three weeks as some of the orders need to be made. Once your order has been processed you'll receive an email with your order tracking number.

SHIPPING INFORMATION & RATES

Domestic Shipping

We will pay for your purchases shipping anywhere in the USA, with Standard shipping. We will cover a signature confirmation request for orders of value over $150. For faster shipping, you will need to cover the costs.

If items ordered are not in stock, we will create them for you! Special orders take about 2-4 weeks to be made and prepared for shipping, which should be added to the following shipping services and turn around times.

• USPS Standard Shipping (Domestic) 1–5 weeks

• FedEx Expedited (Domestic) 3–5 business days

• 2nd Day Air ($25.00): 2 business days when ordered before 1pm ET

• Next Day Air ($45.00): Next business day when ordered before 1pm ET

Business days are Monday to Friday - excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses. Please contact us if you'd like to, and we will do our best to accommodate your request!

Sales Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be charged on the merchandise total for orders shipped to NY, CA, IL, DC, NC, MO, WA, and MA.

RISKS: If your package is lost in transit, we will do all we can to assist you to recover it. We ask our carrier to require a signature for all orders of $500 or more. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated, so please be sure to choose a delivery address that you know to be secure. 

International Shipping

We can ship to most international locations at the customer’s expense.  All shipping, customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency of your home country. Charges are not always incurred, however, duties or taxes are assessed based on the value of your order and the taxable threshold for the destination country. We are not able to determine these fees as they differ in each country. Payment of any duties or import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
