EXCHANGES/ REPLACEMENTS 

We have strict quality control in place and every piece is inspected by our team to ensure the that only the highest quality items make it to you. To exchange or return an item, only if an item that has indeed been faulty fabrication, please contact us.

Our store policy is no refunds or returns, though we are happy to exchange unworn, undamaged or defective full price product for exchange within 14 days of receipt date from www.missbergonzi.com, accompanied by a print out of the original confirmation email. Please mention what exchange you are requesting: different item, different size, etc. Purchases made on sale days are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Please provide photos of the issue so we can determine the best course of action, and be ready to provide your receipt from original purchase.

1 For exchange on returned items purchased online, email us.com with the subject line “EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION,” include order number and item number to be returned.

2. A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items.

3. Please include with your return – item, box and certificate of autheticity - a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.

Once you get the go-ahead, use a padded envelope, box, Tyvek Fedex envelope, or a combination of these. When returning, please insure your mail for the full value of the merchandise. Also, for your security, please return your purchase with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. MISS BERGONZI is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

 Notes: All orders shipped internationally are final sale. Please note customer is responsible of the shipping cost. All sales, altered pieces, including ring re-sizing, and made-to-order pieces, are final sales. No returns, no exchanges. Items purchased through other retailers are not eligible for exchange on www.missbergonzi.com. Please work directly with the retailer where the original purchase was made.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
