TESTIMONIALS < SEMINARS & TRAININGS

"In my New York, everyone works extremely hard and in such a serious fast paced environment. It is a world of management by objective that all ties to the   bottom line. What a treat then you must imagine this event was for me. I got to show up and take the edge off at the boxing station. While boxing I felt my in my power and a good physical release. The laughter therapy helped dissolve any looking good concerns I had during the event. I felt a mood elevation from all my giggling at nothing. The massage worked some of the knots and tension out of my tight neck and shoulders and was the perfect prelude to a guided meditation. The visualization of the guided meditation primed me well for expressing myself with finger painting. I reconnected with a creative side of myself and that expression felt great. I realized I need to pay more attention to that part of me that wants to come out and play. I left relaxed and open. A group of us went to dinner afterwards and had the most effortless and amazing conversations. Have an Art Attack not a Heart Attack."

"I had an amazing time. The questions asked in the beginning increased my stress levels to the levels that I live at. The kick boxing got my adrenaline running and I became in touch with the aggressive part of my stress. The laugh therapy was fun. I never knew that one could laugh your way out of a stressful situation and that it is soooo easy to laugh... just laugh.... The message... was sooooo relaxing... can I say relaxing.... From there we ventured   into the world of dreaming. The woman that ran this part of the session createdan environment so relaxing and tranquil, that I allowed myself to be transported to another place through her words. I felt layers of my life disappearing which allowed me to arrive at a deeper state of dream. When we were awaken i was able to openly draw... I should explain that i have no artistic talent when it come to drawing, painting, etc.... At the last point of reviewing the questions and burning my blockage.. I left with a life with no stress."

"Sohere I am, I was thinking, going to this typically bizarre NY event,  that you believe it can happen only in the Big Apple because anywhereelse in the world people are not crazy enough to imagine something likethat and, most of all, to participate to it. I enter this space, white, light and people. The wood of the floorcreates a warm environment and makes my approach to it more easy. I look at the art pieces at the walls… some are really beautiful. I approach Caroline and tell her: "Here I am… I am ready" and the flow begins. Thestart is slow: Questionnaire. "What's this??" I ask myself… Questions… oh… I may get some more stress in answering this type of questions, but ok.. let's trust these people. The following step is the boxing… "Boxing???" Yes, never did that before, although 20 years ago I did Tae Kwon-Do for a couple of years. I startjumping and moving like a "pro" and the trainer asks me how many years did I practice boxing… "Never!" So, I start to enjoy the process and I go with the flow. The boxing activity has been incredible because I was doing something I never did, I enjoyed it and, on top of that, I was even good at it. At the end, it took a little to recover my breath, but that's when I was hit for the first time by the idea "Hey… it'ssomething new … and I can do it!". Laugh therapy, nice idea, not new but always pleasant. The trainer tells usthat he wasn't suppose to do it until the night before. I trust him nonetheless and at the end… the same idea: "Hey… it's something new forhim and he can do it!!!" Massage and meditation created the environment and the state of mind ideal forthe following steps and when I finally reached the painting area, I was really focused in painting what I was thinking of when I was inmeditation. A warm, vibrating sun laying down on the sea and emanatingvibes and energies which created waves on the sea surface… I use myfingers and I start to paint the sea waves, different shades of blue(hey, I didn't think I needed to create the colours as well!!! Youreally wanted us to be inside a creative process all around!!) to showthe sea vibrations. The sun comes after, source of energy and vibes,  emanating trembling rays of warmth also in the atmosphere which makevibrate also the blue of sky. Wow… "That's not Leonardo da Vinci" Ithink, "but man… it's something new… AND I CAN DO IT!!!" Timeis tight, so we have to hurry up. My fears are written and quicklydisappear burned by the fire. My picture is taken. I walk towards thebar side of the room… and I think how much the stress represents andimpediment in doing things and how good I feel. Most of all, because… Ican do it!"
