LERA+ AT THE ARCHITECTURE CENTER, MANHATTAN
Caroline Bergonzi's work featured during a talk by Alfonso Oliva on Creativity, knowledge and technology at the Center for Architecture in New York, Manhattan. The first part features a presentation on algorithmic techniques for sculpture design. The art project presented in the second part of the talk (begins at 25:08 minutes) aims on redefining the meaning of Creativity, knowledge and technology through a set of interviews conducted to 11 individuals from 5 to 75 years old.

18 foot tall (5 meters) and 24 foot wingspan (7 meters). Steel and brazed bronze. Individual work involving most of the fabrication by CB (including 120 hours of brazing). Riverside Park South, Manhattan (West 69th street).

WELDING TECHNICAL SHOW
Presentation of the works of about 30 artists using the League's facilities.
"ALCHEMY" dragon shape, all cut out and formed in one piece of steel and brazed with bronze, was granted of a "blue dot" award.
