ENGRAVING
Your secret message can be personalized with the spell a word or sentiment.
REPLACEMENT
If you ever lose an earring, we are happy to make a new one for you. The cost will be half of a complete pair. Simply email us to make this special request.
RESIZING
This can usually be done multiple times over the course of a lifetime, but we charge $90 each time our expert jeweler does the job. You can choose to get your ring resized by a jeweler in your area but be sure to find someone who is experienced. Be aware that ring size can fluctuate daily whole fingers change depending on the season, temperature, etc.
CHAINS
Usually the chains Caroline Bergonzi suggests are 16, 18 and 30 inch long. If you wish to purchase one of the models we created and offer in a different length, please just contact us through the website.
